ABSTRACT
The article presents that experience of the author on property branding. David Spencer, brand and marketing director at Nakheel, said that the branding department of the company has been involved from the beginning in brainstorming with the project managers and developers. Niall Henry, ICO managing director, believes that a new breed of property investors has influenced in pushing for branding. Several projects involving property branding are discussed.
