ABSTRACT
The article reports that Hooker Furniture is offering a training program for retailers. This program called the Kaleidoscope Partnership teaches customer focused relationship building, and selling skills to store sales persons. The article also states that Leslie Carothers, a 24-year-old sales veteran, heads the program that specializes in one-to-one selling techniques, and helps the sales persons to build relationships and customer loyalty.
