ABSTRACT
The article reports on the double-A category ratings given by Moody's Investors Service and Standard & Poor's Corp. to the state Commissioner of Highways' $90 million of Series 2006A grant anticipation revenue vehicles (Gervees) bonds in West Virginia. Gervees earned the rating of Aa3 from Moody's Investors Services, while AA-minus rating from Standard & Poor's Corp.
