The article profiles Swiss motion sculptor Jean Tinguely. It says that a meta-matic painting machine he made that was exhibited at the Art in Motion show in Stedelijk Museum in Amsterdam, Netherlands failed to operate. He never disagree with people who do not consider his free-wheeling machinery art.
