ABSTRACT
The article looks at Disney's "Year of a million dreams" advertising campaign. According to the article, the 15-month-long effort promises random visitors to U.S. Disney parks the chance to be given unique experiences, such as a worldwide trip to every Disney park. However, internet rumors suggested that the campaign had been launched by marketing with little or no input from operations.
