ABSTRACT
The article highlights the remarks issued by Reverend Bernard J. Flanagan, bishop of Worcester, Massachusetts, before the dinner guests of the Memorial Fund. According to him, mere tactics of a negative anti-Communism will never avert or overcome the communist threat. He said that a positive program of hatred and deceit will counter the communist threat.
