ABSTRACT
The article discusses the author's experience of meeting novelist Sir Charles Percy Snow during a cocktail party held at the grounds of Yale University's Timothy Dwight College in New Haven, Connecticut. It is said that the novel "Strangers and Brothers" is the most important among the novels of Snow. The novelist has confessed that he is fond of writing about university life.
