More space, sushi, organic food and scratch pizza are on-tap for meal plan students at the university, where the contract feeder funded a $3-million renovation. New to the Pirate Dining Room in the Bishop Dougherty University Center is a 1,600-foot atrium, a doubling of the serving area and new sushi, brick-oven pizza, organic and bakery stations.
