ABSTRACT
The article deals with the construction of the new building of the Chase Manhattan Bank in New York City. In 1961, it is considered the sixth-tallest office building city, has the largest air conditioning plant and the largest commercial structure to be built anywhere in the last 25 years. On completion, the building will house 15,000 people, about half of whom will be Chase employees.
