ABSTRACT
The article answers the question when the tailcoat is worn. The tailcoat is appropriate for a formal wedding held after 6 p.m. A white piqué dress shirt with wing collar, pearl studs and links, piqué waistcoat and butterfly bow tie, black hose, patent-leather shoes, white kid gloves and high silk hat are usually worn with it.
