ABSTRACT
The article focuses on the memorandums acquired by a New York State Department employee during a trip to Madrid, Spain, Sarajevo, Bosnia and Hercegovina and Somalia. The papers were written in English. The Madrid paper indicates that there would be an increase of one ptas on the taxi fare. The Sarajevo paper states that the water cock should be shut off when there is no water coming from the water supply. The Mogadishu paper notes that complaints should be directed to the office.
