ABSTRACT
The article presents the text of a monologue of a mayoral candidate in New York. The candidate talked about the buildings in New York City in a policy meeting held in West Forties, which served as his campaign headquarters. He discussed his plans for the construction of the buildings in the city and the issues of every detail of these buildings, including its walls and ceilings and how these can block the view of the rivers.
