ABSTRACT
The article reports on the filing of insurance claims by officials of the $15.2 billion Kentucky Retirement System against two former executives who took part in a real state deal and breaching of fiduciary duties. The two executives to be investigated are Gordon Mullis and John Krimmel. Failure to determine the value of the property involved in the deal and failure in property purchasing are included in the claims.
