ABSTRACT
The article reports on the preparation by the Orange County Employees' Retirement System for commencement of two searches after changes to the plan's domestic fixed-income and international equity structures. In light of the searches, the domestic fixed income portfolio will be divided as follows, 30 percent core, 53 percent core-plus, 33 percent managed by PIMCO, 20 percent will be managed by a new firm and 17 percent in high yield.
