ABSTRACT
The article discusses the search of Fresno County Retirement System of California for a core private real estate manager. The system will interview American Realty Advisors, INVESCO Real Estate, JPMorgan Asset Management and Morgan Stanley Real Estate for the $50 million portfolio. According to fund administrator Roberto Pena, the search was conducted to meet its allocation to real estate, which accounts for 5% of the fund's total assets.
