The article announces the actions of the San Joaquin County Employees' Retirement Association (SJCERA) to narrow its search for an absolute return fixed-income manager to three finalists. Fund administrator Robert Palmer said that SJCERA selected AllianceBernstein, Loomis Sayles & Co., and Stone Harbor Investment Partners as finalists. Presentations will be made by the finalists at a special board meeting, after which a decision will be made.
