ABSTRACT
The article discusses the plan of the investment committee for the San Diego City Employees' Retirement System to invest in new real estate strategies. Assistant investment officer Dawne Clark said that the fund has core, separate accounts and real estate investment trusts, and the fund has made several moderate changes to its overall asset allocation. The plan's real estate consultant is the Townsend Group.
