ABSTRACT
The article provides information on the food service at airlines. Among the food offerings of Trans World Airlines are pot roast and country fried chicken. Scandinavian Airlines cannot serve Scandinavian specialties because they are very complicated and not suitable for the types of vessel it would have to serve them in. Lufthansa will not serve fish because its odor permeates inside the airplane.
