ABSTRACT
The article relates a story about a boy and his father who live in Chappaqua, New York. One afternoon of the Inauguration Day, the seven-year-old son of a snowbound man in Chappaqua ran into his father's study, bursting with excitement and announced that there was a call for his dad, by the name of Mr. Kennedy. The caller turned out to be the plumber.
