ABSTRACT
The article discusses a party given in honor of Mark and Hampy Hubley, the two child narrators of the animated film "Children of the Sun" produced for the United Nations Children's Fund in August 1961. The cartoon is described as a charming sketch of important events in the life of a child, ending with a harrowing comment that the happy child portrayed is far from typical children three-quarters of whom suffer hunger.
