The article lists the 2004 Financial Planning Association (FPA) Chapter Recognition Program award winners. Over 70 chapters were honored at the November 2004 ceremony for their performance and special achievements in community outreach, member outreach, and membership development. Groups were honored in several levels with separate criteria that they needed to meet for a particular level. Gold-level recipients had to meet the criteria of both bronze and silver levels. Gold level recipients included the FPA chapters of Austin, Texas, Colorado, and San Diego, California.
