ABSTRACT
The article presents information on women's clothing available at several specialty shops in New York City. One of the dresses displayed at Lord & Taylor are scoop-neck adaptation of Tahiti native dresses and coats. The House of European Specialties shop sells clothes that are similar to the ones sold in France and Italy such suits and cardigan jackets. Macy's Little Shop carries daytime and night dresses that were made from light fabrics.
