ABSTRACT
The article highlights the exhibition Electra City USA at the Coliseum held in September 1960. One salesperson demonstrated the use of an electric saw to cut up logs. An electric house was also on display called the Gold Medallion Home located on Battery Avenue. The house consisted ot three bedrooms, a kitchen, a bath and a living room with purified air by General Electric and furnishings by L. Bamberger & Co. of Newark.
