ABSTRACT
A calendar of concerts in New York City is presented. Frederique Petrides will conduct the last in a series of free concerts on August 25. Mahalia Jackson will lead a gospel concert on August 28, with shows at 2 and 8 p.m. The Teddy Charles quartet will play the last show in a series of jazz performances held by the Museum of Modern Art on August 25.
