ABSTRACT
The article discusses the author's conversation with Tom Ziegler, the owner of the Figaro coffeehouse in New York. Ziegler mentions that he maintains to have no limit for the coffeehouse market. He narrates how he and his wife started their coffeehouse business. Ziegler stresses that a young man who comes to New York prefers to go to coffeehouses than a young girl. He asserts that people benefit from coffeehouse life. He notes that he and his wife had trouble to find an old espresso machine.
