ABSTRACT
The article presents a newspaper clipping about residents who set a store by the newspaper "Sunpapers" in Baltimore, Maryland published in the "Time." According to the report, the residents accept the Sun's word as though coming from above and follow its paternal advice in running the city. The people vote just the way the Sun tells them.
