The article describes a letter written by a gentleman who lives in East Nineteenth Street in New York which he sent to a friend in Elizabeth, New Jersey. The letter written was returned by the post office in Elizabeth, New Jersey with the following explanation stamped on the envelope, Inconnu (Unknown).
