ABSTRACT
The article reports developments in horse racing in the U.S. Bally Ache dominated the race completely at Pimlico, passing the winning post four lengths ahead of Victoria Park with Celtic Ash, coming in third. The Belmont Stakes is included in the plans for Bally Ache. Irish Jay, one of the pets of Jim Fitzsimmons won the Acorn Stakes at Aqueduct.
