ABSTRACT
The article presents the second article of a series on interactive knowledge system (IKS). The author discussed the advantages of IKS to the knowledge transfer process. According to the author, the need to memorize ever changing technical details and procedures can be reduced by IKS and operators and maintenance engineers could devote more time to a system instead of studying it.
