ABSTRACT
The article presents the sentiment of a man who came back from a vacation in Puerto Rico. His sentiment focuses on his stay at a newly opened hotel in San Juan. As he alleged, the new hotel is still characterized by cement dusts covering its stair, non-operative elevator cars and light switches which give a shock to a guest's touch. However, the management of the hotel is said to be only apologizing, through a sign posted at the main desk, because its credit-card system is not yet installed.
