ABSTRACT
This article reports that Cadence Design Systems Inc., has changed its Virtuoso mixed signal and RF design suite. According to product marketing manager Steven Lewis, it is based on an OpenAccess data base. The same user interface has been used for all of the tools inside the design flow. The company will maintain the old release stream 5.1.4 for some years.
