ABSTRACT
The article reports on the transformation of the business model of Estudios T&cnicos Inc., a leading economic planning and consulting firm in Puerto Rico. The transition is aimed to meet the new market demands and to remain competitive and relevant. One of the changes is the appointment of Graham Castillo Pagán as new president and chief operating officer. The three other components included the use of knowledge integration, innovation and making the company as a network firm.
