ABSTRACT
The article reports on the increased incidence of infective diarrhea and hepatitis E in Kathmandu, Nepal. A statement from Doctor Santosh Man Shrestha, president of Liver Foundation Nepal, about the recurrence of liver disease in Kathmandu is highlighted. The key cause of hepatitis E and diarrheal diseases outbreak is discussed.
