ABSTRACT
The article presents the results of a survey by consultancy firm Accenture concerning chemical industry employees. The survey estimates that 50% of employees will become retirement eligible in the next decade. Worldwide, the industry is also having to deal with a shortage of skilled and experienced workers, particularly in key areas such as engineering and pharmaceuticals.
