This article reports on a request for proposal for transition managers issued by the California State Teachers' Retirement System. According to its spokeswoman Brenna Neuharth, the plan does not have any transition managers. The decision was made after a series of asset allocation shifts were approved by the board. Qualifications for transition managers are indicated.
