This article reports on a request for proposal for real estate investment advisory services issued by the City of New York Office of the Comptroller for the New York City Retirement Systems (NYCRS). NYCRS includes the Teachers' Retirement System, the Employees' Retirement System, the Fire Department Pension Fund, and the Police Pension Fund. NYCRS is looking for an investment advisor to implement the core component of their real estate allocation.
