The article reports that despite an activist shareholder's efforts to put the company on the block, a sale is not in the plans of Meadow Valley Corp. North Atlantic Value LLP is urging Meadow to sell by agitating a $42 million market capitalization. Meadow is a construction services company and operates construction materials divisions. Meadow owns 53% of stock from Ready Mix Inc., a manufacturer of concrete and gravel products.
