The article reports that the Barnes & Noble Inc. has collaborated with Wilkes University and King's College to open a joint bookstore in Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania. Each school has contributed about $150,000 in loans to the initiative. Both of them will also close their existing bookstore under contract with Follett Corp.
