The article presents a list of organizations that were surveyed regarding leadership development programs. The criteria used in rating the programs include vision/mission, involvement and participation, measurement and accountability, design, presenters, take-home value for participants and outreach of programs and products. The winners of the programs include small to midsize organizations, non-profit organization and consulting groups.
