ABSTRACT
The article reports that the world's largest polyester yarns and fiber manufacturer Reliance Industries Ltd. has planned to introduce three new fibers in the textile market in India. They will be developed by the company's Patalganga-based research center in addition to its Recon fiber which was introduced in 2005. The latest fiber ranges will include an anti-bacterial feature, a fire retardant quality, and a material with high hygroscopic capacity.
