Kohjin buy will take Mitsubishi into China

This article reports on the decision of Mitsubishi Corp. to acquire Japanese fine chemical company Kohjin to further its expansion plans in China's chemicals market and througout Asia. The company plans to acquire more than 50% of Kohjin and eventually convert it into a subsidiary. It currently owns 30% of the company.
