ABSTRACT
The article describes the advantages and disadvantages of being a soloist and of sharing work space with others. A step towards merging the two set up is to rent space to freelancers, with everyone doing their own thing in the office but at the same time creates a nexus of people who bring in new ideas and capabilities to the work place and to help pay the rent.
