ABSTRACT
The article introduces the new income property bond of Keydata Investment Services which pays 7% a year or 1.75% quarterly for a fixed term of six years. It is based on the rental income from U.S. properties. Investors are not exposed to borrowing and involves only minimal risks, being unable to achieve sufficient occupancy rates by the property managers and capital growth. This investment is ideal for the elderly, conservative investors, and as part of any fixed interest portfolio.
