This article provides information on the Building Operator Certification (BOC) program for operations and maintenance (O&M) workers in the U.S. O&M workers play a vital role in maintaining facility energy savings. The BOC program offers seven courses, including building-systems overview, facility electrical systems, and indoor-air quality.
