ABSTRACT
The article presents information on the Kitzmiller v. Dover case which was brought to court in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania. The case is about the integration of intelligent design into science curriculum at Dover School Districts headed by William Buckungham and Alan Bonsell who voted to change the biology curriculum. It started when Bonsell was elected to the Dover Area school Board where the teaching of evolution in biology class became a target and teaching creationism was suggested. Assistant Superintendent Mike Baksa, an agent of the defendant Dover Area School District, admitted that Buckingham ones discussed creationism in the June 14, 2004 board meeting during the discussion of biology curriculum.
