ABSTRACT
The article presents information on several regional developments in retail trade. The Highway Safety Office in Utah, has created a program called E.A.S.Y. to eliminate alcohol sales to youth. The minimum drinking age in that state is 21. Steve O'Toole, executive director of the Oregon Petroleum Association has observed that the introduction of ethanol and biodiesel into the marketplace has been smooth.
