ABSTRACT
This article presents several new items related to the plastics industry. Optical media packaging supplier Carthuplas Inc. will invest $25 million for establishing a new manufacturing plant in Gaffney, South Carolina. Tech Group Inc., is planning to invest $12.4 million to upgrade its Walker injection molding facility. Canadian toolmaker Profine Molds Inc. has closed its doors permanently.
