The article reports on a joint venture to be established by Degussa AG and Lynchem Co. Ltd for exclusive synthesis in China. It is said that goal of the new company is to improve both companies' manufacturing asset base for the production of custom-manufactured fine chemicals and to provide their customer base with more competitive solutions. The name to be used by the company will be Degussa Lynchem Co. Ltd.
