The article features the Grifiss Business and Technology Park in Rome, N.Y. The former Air Force Base is now known to be a vibrant center for public and private enterprise in the heart of Mohawk Valley. Its development was funded by the Department of Defense Office of Economic Adjustment where top-caliber consultants put together its redevelopment.
