ABSTRACT
The article reports on the increase in the inventories of steel and aluminum products in service centers in the U.S. in July 2006. Shipments of steel products increased while shipments of aluminum products decreased for the same period. About 4.4 million tons of steel products were shipped by U.S. service centers in July.
